This hotel offers great value for money, with modern rooms and excellent amenities. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city center, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and heated towel rack.

Location of this hotel was good for exploring Heimatmuseum Beuel. We had no problems with WiFi. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose bonn city.

The hotel was in a GREAT location and met the purpose. Just a walk down to Blues Burger, where you can have lunch. Services included free WiFi. I used parking onsite.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They spoke perfect English and went out of their way to provide excellent service. They even made me a sandwich when I didn't have time for breakfast. The bed was also very comfortable and they had English news channels on the TV.

The hotel felt cozy and the staff was always willing to go above and beyond to help.

No... But people have to be carefull, as if you arrive in after 9:00 PM you have to tell the staff, in order for them to leave you the keys and a pin-code... In other case, you could be enter the hotel until the next day !

This hotel is great for a short city stay. The location is central but on a part where I wouldn't feel very safe as a solo woman traveler. However, it's only a 13-minute walk to the Hauptbahnhof, which is convenient. The rooms towards the street are not disturbingly loud and the interior furnishings are clean and cozy, consistent with the three-star rating. The breakfast is delicious and has everything you would want, with a good variety of food and drink.

That the room was slightly cold, but overall, everything was ok.

The ospitality is the strength of this hotel: the staff was very nice, in the breakfast you could choose everything you want among a very great number of things, and the cleaning service was perfect.

my recent stay at a hotel in Bonn was fantastic! The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. The location was perfect, close to the city center and public transportation. I especially appreciated the attentive and caring team who made my stay enjoyable, even when I got sick.
